Engineering, environmental and advisory services company GHD, who helped develop the Cat-HTR technology, have won the NCE100 Impact in Energy Award!
GHD provided extensive experience in supercritical steam and combustion systems, as well as electrical, civil and mechanical engineering expertise. They also brought a wealth of knowledge in process plant design, completing front end engineering design.
The NCE100 Awards from New Civil Engineer recognise outstanding and innovative practices within Civil Engineering, with the Impact in Energy Award specifically targeting companies which develop more sustainable energy sources, and strive to use cleaner energy.
